She brought in a staging company

I met Kirsten Cole in the building we bought our condo in Hermosa beach. She was the nicest most helpful person in the building and I felt like I had a friend right away. We would continue to see each other at open houses and I constantly asked her real estate questions whenever I had one. When it came to listing our condo I knew Kirsten would be the perfect person.  We listed at the worst time and figured it would take a while to sell. Kirsten was positive it would sell quickly with the right guidance, and it did.  She brought in a staging company and photographer that transformed and photographed our place beautifully.  She offered her place as a refuge for me with a new baby whenever there were showings. We were very happy with her diligent work, professionalism, and gentle kindness through the whole process!  You always feel like her number one priority.   I highly recommend Kirsten Cole to any one looking for representation.
