9th Annual California Slack Key Festival: January 17, 2016
Guitar enthusiasts will be familiar with the concept here but if you’re wondering what slack key means, it refers to a down tuned string on the guitar allowing for bass notes to be played. This niche of guitar based music is responsible for some of the best known (and Grammy award winning) Hawaiian artists.
